The Cobblestone Path Cowl (or neck warmer) is a beautifully textured easy crochet neck warmer pattern.
This crochet cowl pattern has been a premium paid pattern for a long time, and I felt that it was the right time to make it available for free on my blog.

When I designed this neck warmer, I bought the yarn before I had the idea for the design. I loved the color and texture of the yarn, but I had a hard time coming up with a design since the yarn I used was highly textured and I didn’t want to overcome the cowl’s I designed.
I finally figured it out and love the look of the Mini Bean Stitch worked in the round, with the combination of the Camel stitch (hdc in 3rd loop). The “clean” look of the mini bean stitch complements the yarn and still shows its unique texture.
If you want to change the circumference of the cowl or turn it into an infinity scarf, just keep an even number of stitches.

The Yarn I Used for My Neck Warmer Crochet Pattern
For my neck warmer, I used Knit Picks Paragon Sport yarn, which unfortunately has been discontinued. Using a thin yarn (but not too thin) is important for showing the beautiful texture of the Mini Bean stitch.
This crochet neck warmer pattern can be worked with any kind of yarn fiber, both wool, cotton, or acrylic will be a good fit for this pattern. Here are some great yarn substitutes:
Knit Picks – Shine Sport
Knit Picks – Galileo Sport
Knit Picks – Comfy Sport
